Orders ship from Utah in 3-5 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 in the US. We ship via USPS and default is Ground Shipping. Priority/Express shipping may be added for $15.

Canadian orders over $150 ship free.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date on unworn/undamaged items with the tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges and returns.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for exchange. Please email us at admin@shopscoots.co with your order number and photos of the item.

We are always working to expand our size range based on demand. If you wish to request larger sizing, we recommend posting in our VIP Group so we can gauge demand.

Our products run large and we recommend reviewing our size chart HERE prior to ordering to ensure you receive the correct size.

We do our best to accommodate order changes on any NON-SALE orders.

If you recently placed an order and you need to make a change, please e-mail us as soon as possible: admin@shopscoots.co and include your order number in the e-mail.

If you wish to order during a sale, please double check that all order details are correct prior to placing your order. Due to the volume of orders we receive during sales, we cannot make any order adjustments/cancellations.

Only one code can be used per order - no stacking or combining. This includes points redemptions from our Peachy Points program.

We aren’t able to retroactively apply codes or adjust prices if a code wasn’t used.
